About Adorearth

Adorearth is an Australian-based sustainable home goods brand offering eco-friendly bamboo products designed for comfort and well-being. Specialising in bamboo sheets, pillowcases, and home essentials, Adorearth provides luxurious, environmentally responsible alternatives for eco-conscious consumers.

When we first partnered with Adorearth, they had a strong market presence but were struggling to scale their digital advertising. Their growth was hindered by limited creative assets, a lack of video content, and underutilised ad strategies. They needed a more dynamic approach to optimise their ad spend and connect with their audience.

The Challenge.

When we first partnered with Adorearth, they were struggling with ad performance. Their previous campaigns had plateaued due to the limited creative assets they were using, mainly relying on static images and AI-generated content, which lacked the authenticity that resonates with their target audience. Their biggest hurdles were:

Strategy #1

Creative Diversification

Adorearth’s creative assets were mostly AI-generated images and static content, limiting campaign scalability. To address this, we introduced dynamic UGC and video ads. UGC humanised the brand by showcasing products in real-life settings, creating a stronger emotional connection. We also launched video ads featuring the eco-friendly benefits of Adorearth’s bamboo products, which improved engagement and conversions. This creative diversification helped break through the previous ad spend ceiling and significantly enhanced ad performance.

Google Ads Consolidation

Adorearth’s Google Ads account was cluttered with multiple low-budget campaigns, making scaling difficult. We consolidated campaigns to focus on high-performing ones, allowing for better budget allocation and increased efficiency. By optimising their search and shopping campaigns and removing underperforming ads, we improved their return on ad spend (ROAS). This streamlined approach led to more efficient, scalable growth and better control over ad spend.

Email Strategy Overhaul

When Adorearth came to us, their email marketing relied heavily on discounts, eroding profitability. Our goal was to optimise their email strategy by reducing discount dependence while maintaining strong sales. We shifted focus to the unique benefits of their eco-friendly products, like the skin benefits of bamboo pillowcases and the comfort of bamboo sheets. This value-driven approach resonated with their audience. We also introduced segmentation and personalised email flows for more tailored content. The result was a 183% increase in email revenue YoY, boosting profitability while reducing reliance on discounts and fostering stronger customer loyalty.

CRO Recommendations

Adorearth’s homepage was driving traffic but wasn’t the best for conversions. We redirected traffic to product pages, which offered clearer product details and a more direct path to purchase. This simple shift reduced distractions and simplified the buying process, resulting in higher conversion rates and increased revenue.
