About Geedup

Geedup is one of Australia’s most iconic streetwear brands. Known for limited-run drops and high demand, their collections often sell out in minutes. The brand had built a loyal following and a strong identity, but results had started to slip.

After years of fast growth, monthly revenue was trending down. Conversion rates were falling. And there was no clear system to support the business through each new drop. Geedup had worked with multiple agencies, but no one had found a fix. That’s when they turned to Defiant.

We reviewed 18 months of launch data to find what made Geedup’s biggest drops successful. By tracking content volume, ad spend, conversion rate, and AOV, we built a clear system for growth. This gave us hard targets for every drop, like producing over 40 pieces of content and splitting the budget evenly between pre and post launch.

We introduced a structured spend model to build pressure before the drop and maintain momentum after it. By splitting the budget evenly across both phases, we made sure demand was high before launch and conversions stayed strong after.
