When a rogue agency deletes your ads and holds you for ransom, that can usually mean massive disruptions for your business. Luckily LLC found us when they did, but the odds were stacked against us.

By cutting down the steps it took for someone to select a treatment and confirm their details, we noticed an immediate uplift in bookings and a decrease in the cost per booking. Since implementing the simplified booking process, cost per lead has maintained at below target while we have scaled budgets.
Key Learnings: Think of your website as a physical shopping experience. Imagine walking into a store with broken glass and fire between you and the cashier – all of that friction would probably cause you to walk out right? Same goes for websites with lots of friction., slow load times and confusing navigation. By putting yourself in the customers shoes you can quickly spot areas to improve usability and this can directly impact the performance of your campaigns outside of ads.
We knew that SEO was going to be an important channel for LLC as alot of people would look to Google with intent based searches. Showing up for keywords like hifu brisbane and Laser Clinics Lawnton were money terms for LLC and although we had Google ads optimised for all their target keywords, we knew that over 80% of people skip Google ads and click on organic listings.
Building off-page authority was the first place we started for LLC, securing them over 625 high quality backlinks in the 90 days of working on their SEO. This resulted in a 332% increase in ranking positions and a 41% increase in organic traffic, making organic search their 2nd highest traffic source above paid search.
Key Learnings: For local service based businesses like LLC, ranking high for your local terms is a licence to print money. People are actively searching for the best solutions and services in their local area, and if you’re not high on page 1, then you’re in no mans land. Being on page 1 of Google for relevant terms is like owning a shop front in the heart of the CBD with foot traffic day in day out.
