Saturee is a thriving Australian skincare and supplement company that produces toxin-free products for a more youthful metabolism. Founders Kitty and Emma launched the business after struggling to find products free of harmful ingredients. Recognizing a market gap, they used their personal brands to drive initial growth.
When we first connected, Saturee had built a successful business based solely on their personal brands and referrals from their other ventures in the health and wellness space. Despite spending only $30K on ads since launch and having no active ads for nearly two years, their revenue had plateaued. It was time to grow the brand with new customers outside their existing networks.
In the first 60 days, we achieved a 71% increase in new customer revenue, a 92% increase in order volume and a 775% increase in Klaviyo attributed revenue YOY. May 2024 marked their highest revenue month ever outside of 2022’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday

When we first met Saturee, they were in an enviable position: impressive monthly revenue without spending a cent on ads, leading to a healthy and profitable business. However, their growth had stalled, and after two years of stagnant revenue, they needed a team with the right strategy and flawless execution. Their brief engagement with a large Australian agency had failed due to poor creative execution, leaving them with several immediate challenges:
Our audit of Saturee’s business revealed that customers who tried their products returned for more. Despite stagnant growth, their consistent high revenue was a testament to the product quality. To grow, we focused on driving new customers into the funnel. By integrating Klaviyo with Meta and Google, we created a dynamic feed of existing customers to exclude from ads and introduced a “15% off your first order” offer. This ensured every dollar spent targeted cold traffic, promoting popular entry products to new customers.
Saturee’s previous agency neglected email marketing, leaving them with just one abandoned cart sequence. To scale the business, we needed robust flows and EDM campaigns to convert new prospects into paying customers. We implemented core best-practice flows, and within 60 days, increased email-attributed revenue by 775%, providing the buffer to scale front-end acquisition via ads.
Scaling to cold audiences requires a high strike rate with new creative tests. We applied our proven creative performance structure to Saturee’s account, starting with in-depth research on user reviews and competitor audits to craft angles and messaging. We developed launch creatives, rolled them out in month one, and identified winning angles to iterate and scale in month two. Key performance metrics were CPA, CTR, and Hook rate (3-second video views/impressions). Ads meeting benchmarks in these areas were iterated in a weekly creative refresh cycle. UGC and “Ugly” ads, which felt authentic and relatable, proved most effective.
